Since the silicon molding process is already complete, early orders will be shipped within 2 weeks. Depending on the order volume, shipping can take about 1-2 months. If shipping schedule is delayed due to massive volume of orders, we will announce the new shipping schedule.

    If last orders are possible, why are all 28M dolls and parts sold out? We are in the June 8 to July 8 order period…

    I would like to order grant-phillippe. But I did not find the ‘buy’ button. My friend told me that the button was there 1 hour ago. Is there anything wrong with the website? Can I still order it?

      Unknown error has occurred on our website payment system, which resulted in showing the price of your doll as ‘0’.
      We are currently looking into this issue to find the resolution quickly.
      It does not appear to be a serious issue so there is no need to worry. Your order will be processed successfully.

      If your order total still appears as ‘0’, please ignore the paypal payment process that you see after filling out the order form and let us know so we can review and confirm the order and let you know the total amount to pay.

    I am also having an issue with the prices showing up as $0.00.
    I sent an email inquiry a couple of days ago but there’s been no answer, and so I am unsure of what to do.

      Most orders are coming through without any issue, but there are some orders like yours that get bounced back.
