Casting Order

All dolls that are casted from DollShe craft must state place of origin from its buyer. The pursuit of our premium quality will inherit to the dolls that are casted. If the final recipient is satisfied, we think it’s because both of our and your devoted contribution was melted in. If you are satisfied with our quality of casting, please note origin of casting. We take responsibility on our quality. If the origin of casting is not stated, we do not take casting service.

Changing your casting center does not cause any issue. We put our sincere effort into casting your order. However, due to disparity in understanding of casting method and inevitable change in schedule, might let you down. Please report any problems, comment any advice and we will be happy to make appropriate corrections in hopes for persistence and trust of our partnership with you. Please contact us when casting center is changed. However, on your doll, please exclude the origin as DollShe craft and we will remove the link in our list of casting service user. We hope you will find right casting center that fit your needs. You are always welcomed back from other service providers.

Casting orders are not always possible to process the order immediately upon receipt. For one, we have to coordinate the schedule. Also, if the original sculpt is not in the right condition for casting, we may request some adjustments. If no adjustments are necessary, we move onto the next phase. Each process of casting orders will be stated infront of email. The process is as follows.

If it is your first time using our casting service, please provide photos of your original sculpt, make photo attachment from the suggested angle we ask for. Casting orders are provided to our registered members. Upon completion of your casting order, you will automatically

– If casting is determined to be possible

1. Receipt of casting order, shipment of original sculpt is requested
2. Arrival of original sculpt, casting service fee is requested
3. Conformation of payment
4. Completion of silicon mold
5. Casting in progress
6. Completion of casting, shipping fee is requested
7. Completion of shipment and casting service

– In case casting is not possible

1. Receipt of casting order, shipment of original sculpt is requested
2. Arrival of original sculpt, determined that casting is not possible, request modification of original sculpt
3. Return original sculpt

* We will request additional photos if necessary. Picture are requested solely to check possibility of casting. In some cases, even after photo review is feasible and original sculpt is requested to be sent, original sculpt can be returned to the owner because it cannot be casted. In hopes to avoid it, we request detailed picture even if it is cumbersome. So we hope you will bare with us by providing necessary pictures. The pictures we receive is confidential so no others can view it.
