      I am waiting to hear back. My order was delayed. I waited over 6 months for my doll, which I know is not as long as some customers, but it is over the 3 months length mentioned…

        My order is from this same time period (it was also an order for the Pure Body final release). Why is CALLUM91’s order eligible for the coupon, and my order is not?

  • Why would I want a coupon for a future purchase if that purchase would also take more than 6 months to arrive? I know most people falls into this business practice of forgiving something bad when something else is given for free. At this point if you have to give something for free give discounts on delayed orders. Thing is that you have a very bad business practice, for starters because you keep open orders and do new sales and events even before finishing previous batches. Your communication is very very VERY deficient even with your dealers and the waiting times are unacceptable when clearly you don’t know how to manage your time and schedule at all. Don’t misunderstand me, I do love your dolls and I wish you have a very successful business, but as it is now it simply doesn’t work.
    At least you could change the waiting times for dolls in their order pages to something realistic at least, so that people don’t feel lied to.
    I don’t want a coupon, I want my dolls that I’ve been waiting for more than 6 months (and mine are through a dealer, but you don’t have a professional relationship with them either). I’m not going to buy from you again, so I don’t need that coupon, but I do want what I paid for.

  • I ordered a doll the 14th of september 2016 and I’m still waiting for her.
    This is more than three months.
    Will I ever get her ?

  • I am still waiting for any information on the delivery of my doll, which I paid for in February of 2017. It is almost a full year later and I have not received any information on it! I have emailed multiple times and once I got a response saying the doll would ship by October, but I never got tracking information, and the doll never arrived.
    Please, either give me some information, or I would like my money back. I’d prefer my doll, though.
