Customer who canceled order can make an order at 30% discounted price

We accept 30% discounted orders for customers who canceled a order.
Here are possible orders for each line up.

On our terms, it says that when a customer cancel an order by changing his/her mind we refund only the 70% price of order except 30% as a penalty.
However, we refund total price for customers by reflecting their request, and we have a stock of dolls for each type.

This one is not possible to cancel when you order, so please order carefully.
We will refund which is caused by change of mind except 30% of total price of order as a penalty after this moment.
Please understand that we do on our rules because there are lots of requests to ask refund recently.
