DollShe Craft will not cease operations.

I had been considering closing DollShe Craft due to the exhaustion and challenges of managing everything alone. It felt impossible to handle all the work by myself, and after a long period of contemplation, I had decided to stop operations.
 
However, many people expressed their concern, offered support, and encouraged me when they heard the news about DollShe Craft potentially shutting down.
 
I will reconsider whether to continue or cease operations after completing the shipping of the delayed BJDs. If there is no substantial number of orders to justify outsourcing production, I may have no choice but to close.
 
At present, I cannot manage everything on my own. Aside from creating the original sculpts, I plan to outsource the casting, aesthetic work, packaging, and shipping.
 
From now on, I intend to work on BJD sculpting purely as a hobby when time allows. I no longer have employees to take responsibility for. Additionally, as of this year, I will be focusing on new ventures and freelance projects, so I won’t need to create BJDs for my livelihood.
 
There are three female doll bodies that I was working on, but I can’t guarantee when they will be finished. Any incomplete head sculpts will be completed and handed over to another casting company.
 
I don’t know how long I will continue to make BJDs, but I feel that now is not the right time. However, DollShe Craft will continue for the time being.
 
Average Shipping Time After Orders
 
DollShe Craft’s foundry has ceased operations. For other Korean foundries, the average time from order to delivery is about 4-5 months. No foundry in Korea can complete production within 2-3 months.
 
Shipping Time for New Orders
 
For additional and new orders placed before December, I will not be able to cast them myself, and shipping will be paused. Starting in January, casting will be outsourced to another foundry, and shipping will resume in sequence.
 
Stock Orders
 
Stock items will be shipped within 2-5 days after the order is placed.
 
Maximum Discount Rate Fixed at 30%
 
While I was running my own foundry, I had to offer deep discounts with minimal margins just to maintain sales. Since the DollShe Craft foundry has closed, and all casting and aesthetic work will be outsourced to other foundries, the maximum discount rate will be capped at 30%. This is the minimum threshold.
