I hope this message finds you well. I regret to inform you about the delay in the delivery of a total of 600 BJD, of which 300 are currently in stock as they have already been casting.
After considering the opinions of those willing to pay additional shipping fees to expedite the delivery of the available stock, I have decided to proceed with shipping the casting BJDs. Any extra shipping fees paid will be refunded through PayPal after the removal of any account restrictions.
Regarding the approximately 300 BJD that have not been casting yet, it is anticipated that it will take approximately 6 months to complete the casting process, depending on our financial situation. Due to financial constraints, a significant number of our staff members resigned several months ago. Currently, only Sculptor DK and one team leader at the casting studio remain, working hard to normalize DollShe Craft’s operations. The former staff members are eager to return if circumstances permit. Once the financial situation improves and staff return, I aim to resolve the delivery delay more efficiently.
BJD casting is a time-consuming process, involving the creation of silicone molds. In the past, when our casting team was fully staffed, I were able to replicate over 300 BJD each month. However, the current shortage of personnel means that even with our best efforts, it will take approximately 6 months to replicate the delayed 300 BJD.
I are exploring various business opportunities, and some small successes have already been achieved. Once these new ventures generate sufficient profits, I plan to inject funds into DollShe Craft to address the delivery delay promptly.
I sincerely apologize for any concerns caused by the delivery delay. I appreciate those who have contributed their opinions and assistance by willingly paying additional shipping fees for the available BJDs.
I are aware that criticism and reproach may accompany the decision to proceed with shipping with additional fees. However, due to the current financial constraints, I find ourselves in a situation where delaying the delivery of the casting BJDs is not a viable option.
While I understand the challenges this situation presents, I are committed to resolving the delivery delay issue and delivering high-quality BJDs that live up to our reputation. DollShe Craft is facing temporary financial difficulties, but I remain optimistic about the future.
I want to reassure you that, despite any negative comments or challenges, DollShe Craft will not fail. As a resilient individual, I am doing my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle and resolve this situation at the earliest.
I acknowledge that not everyone may be satisfied with the BJDs I create. To those who have patiently waited for the authentic BJDs and have experienced disappointment, I carry a significant sense of guilt and apologize sincerely. I am doing my utmost to create BJDs that reflect the quality and dedication expected of DollShe Craft.

If you pay an additional shipping fee, the in-stock BJD will be delivered.
Due to PayPal account restrictions, we have been unable to withdraw even a single dollar from our PayPal account for the past 9 months. Currently, in March, we have approximately 150 units in the Classic line and 150 units in the Fashion line in stock, casting and ready for delivery. However, we have been unable to send them to customers due to the lack of shipping fees.
We appreciate those who understand DollShe Craft’s challenging situation and are willing to pay the additional shipping fee to receive their BJD promptly.
Upon payment of the additional shipping fee, the in-stock BJD will be promptly shipped. For those interested in paying the additional shipping fee, please email us at webmaster@dollshecraft.com.
Please note that even if you pay the additional shipping fee, the BJD will be shipped in the order in which orders were placed.
If the in-stock BJD is unavailable, immediate shipment cannot be guaranteed.
