Offering compensation order for previous 18M Classic

The previous 18M Classic is the representative line up of DollShe Craft which had received lots of love from the BJD fans and mania ever since it was released in Hound version. We received many inquiries about the compensation for color changing issue (yellowing or greening) followed by aging so we have decided to offer compensation orders to those whom have purchased 18M classic in the past and experiencing this color changing issue. You will be eligible for order only if you are experiencing a color difference due to replacement of parts or having yellowing or greening issue or other appropriate reason.

Qualification

Owner of previous 18M Classic

Pre-condition

Only if you have yellowing, greening, color difference between parts and body or other reasonable grounds.

Available choice for compensation order

You can choose from the previous 18M dolls.

Method of recall on the existing doll

It is difficult to receive the dolls back from the customers living in foreign countries so this recall procedue will be omitted.
