Pre-Order Process
1. Choose your desired BJD and place your pre-order.
– No deposit is required for Pale, Fresh, Oriental, or Copper Oriental skin tones.
– A 30% deposit is required for special skin tones with higher casting difficulty to prevent order cancellations.
– Deposits for special skin tones are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
– Please make your selection carefully as special skin tones are more challenging to cast.
2. Once the BJD is completed:
Photos of the completed BJD will be shared via email.
The box will be packaged and labeled with a shipping sticker.
3. Payment:
You will receive the total price, including the BJD cost and EMS shipping fee.
4. Shipping:
Upon payment confirmation, your BJD will be shipped immediately.
* Customers who have consistently purchased DollShe Craft BJDs are eligible to receive their BJDs before payment, with tracking numbers provided post-shipping.
* Small batches of stock are released monthly and shipped in order of reservation.
* Pre-orders for BJDs not in stock typically require a waiting period of 1-3 months.

To Customers Facing Shipping Delays,
Since December 2022, DollShe Craft has encountered significant operational challenges due to the unilateral termination of collaboration by the Chinese head sculptor, Mori9. This led to mass order cancellations, refunds, and claims, resulting in the suspension of our PayPal account. For months, we were unable to generate even $1 in revenue.
Recently, through partnerships with distributors, we have resumed accepting PayPal payments by covering platform fees and adopting a consignment-based sales model. This has allowed us to process new orders and address delayed shipments.
However, financial difficulties persist, and without additional orders, we cannot secure the funds required for BJD casting materials or shipping fees.
Current Situation
To address this issue, some customers have chosen to place additional orders on the condition that their delayed BJDs will be shipped together. By ordering one additional BJD, you enable us to secure the funding necessary to cast and ship two BJDs.
Operational Challenges
DollShe Craft currently operates with just two staff members at the Casting Center, as all other employees have left due to ongoing operational difficulties. We are directly handling every aspect of the production process, including:
Silicone mold creation
Resin casting
Packaging and shipping
3D modeling and prototype crafting
Customer service and email correspondence
* Given this limited capacity, it has been extremely difficult to find a way to cast and deliver the delayed BJDs immediately. At this time, the only feasible solution to expedite the shipping of delayed BJDs is to secure funding through additional orders.

If you place an order for one BJD, we will be able to ship it along with your delayed BJD within 1–2 months.
