Goods may be paid for by any of the following means : – Credit Card – PayPal or AliPay – Direct Payment into our Bank Account 2. Payment by cheque or direct payment will not be considered payment until it has been fully cleared through the banking system into Shopping Mall’s bank account. 3. If an agreement is made where DollShe craft has agreed to extend credit to the Customer, the following conditions apply : Payment is to be made within 2 days of placing the order. We refuse to supply any goods or grant further extensions of credit while any overdue amounts owing remain unpaid. We may withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice. RISK AND DELIVERY 1. Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery. 2. The customer is responsible for insurance from the time of delivery. 3. Property and ownership of the goods will remain the property of DollShe craft until payment has been received in full. The purchaser also acknowledges and agrees that a security interest in the goods is given in favour of DollShe craft pursuant to the Personal Property Securities Act 1999. 4. The customer agrees to pay all delivery costs. 5. Any quotation of delivery times by DollShe craft are made in good faith, but as estimates and not as commitments. 6. We will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay in delivery or performance, nor for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure.
